In addition to our full time and part time faculty, eminent professionals from business, industry and academics are invited to address students on regular basis. These guest speakers bring with them not only long years of experience and knowledge but also the latest trends in business management for their wholesale development.

Industrial Visit
A comprehensive tie up with the corporate world provides the institution the opportunity to organize regular visits to business houses and companies so that the students not only gain experience of what they have learnt but also acquaint themselves with the functional and environmental culture of different organizations.

Total Personality Development
ABS has evolved a philosophy of education, which emphasizes holistic development of its students, and an education system that looks beyond employment and concentrates on individual development by imparting the students the skills of life-time relevance which develop them as well adjusted human beings. ABS organizes workshops, seminars and lectures that focus on developing the overall personality of the students and making them capable of appreciating the importance of co-curricular activities. Training programmes (workshops) involve area like Interpersonal Skills & Team Building, Effective Communication, Stress Management, Innovation/Creative Problem Solving Building and Self Confidence.

Consultancy and Case Development
To generate and promote knowledge, develop new and innovative ideas in academics and in response to the changing business scenario in the country, the institute has undertaken the task of developing comprehensive case studies in functional and general management areas. The ABS faculty is actively involved with business and social organizations across management functions and in bringing these experiences into the classrooms to enhance student's ability to relate concepts to real life situations.

Management Development Program (MDP)
All management students of the ABS are expected to play major role in running the center. The MDP's are designed with proper blend of experimental and conceptual learning. ABS, in its effort to globalize management practices in India has skillfully crafted its Management Development Program to equip the managers in the knowledge, skills and attitude required to respond effectively to these challenges.
