Institute of  Food Craft Technology began functioning in the year 2003 offering one ear certification programes in Food Production, Food & Beverages, Front Office, and House Keeping. The courses are specially designed to give a cutting edge above others with added personality development & language modules. The students undergo rigorous training through theory & practical under the supervision of Managers, Captains, Chefs, Executives from the Hotel Industry itself. The teaching Methods involve Hotel Operation, Management, F&B Production, F&B Service, Languages, Computers, Seminars, Industrial Trainings and Project Work.
