Objectives & Design
The two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), recognized by All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, is a full time, six semester program designed to meet the challenges of rapid changes in our society and is aimed at developing outstanding business leaders. The Program is benchmarked against some of the best Business School in the world, especially designed to provide the latest global management tools and concepts.

The PGDM program stresses on participative learning and inculcates among the students such perceptions, knowledge and skills as would enable them to assume higher levels of responsibilities and embody the crucial link between knowledge and application, intellect and pragmatism. The thrust is on understanding the independent nature of organizational dynamics and its managerial implications. This helps students acquire conceptual and analytical abilities required for decision making and effective implementation and achieving results.
