This is the backbone of the Institution. The Institute's strong association with industry will result in quality placements. These initiatives support ABS's objective “To develop tomorrow's managers… Today”. The cell operates directly under the Director, and is headed by a Senior professional with extensive industry experience. The cell provides.

• An integrated programme of talks, seminars, courses, and interaction with experienced career advisors.
• Individual grooming and support to ensure that the students are not just qualified but eminently suited to the position for which they apply.
• Guest Lectures and Career Conferences which will provide critical insight into the working of a business organization. Industry visits are organized for additional exposure.

Summer Internship
All students are required to complete an internship during the summer break after the First year for a period of 8 weeks with an industrial, or service organization.
