The learning pedagogy is a
balanced mix of classroom curriculum,
non-classroom learning and on-the-job
experience to shape the right set of
attitude, skills, knowledge and vision.
The assortment includes case studies,
role-plays, group projects and
presentations by students. Besides,
special sessions with professionals from
industry, management games, sensitivity
training, management films, industrial
visit and industry interaction will form
an integral part of pedagogy. Students
are encouraged to participate in various
seminars. Some essential features of
'Learning Concept' are:
• Group Learning through formats of
syndicates, committees and teams.
• Compulsory attendance and continuous
assessment.
The Program is divided into Six
Trimesters. The first three Trimesters
(First Year) provide strong foundation
in basic disciplines and will cover the
main functional areas of an organization
viz. Human Resources, Accounts &
Finance, Marketing, Quantitative
Analysis and Operations, Business
Economics and Strategy. During the
remaining three Trimesters (Second
year), the students, depending on
individual interests and career plans,
will choose Electives from a wide range
of subjects. The Institute offers Dual
specialization in Marketing, Finance,
HRM, IT & IB.
The courses of Effective Communication
and Personality Development add on to
the subject knowledge. The innovative
and integrated curriculum provides a
strong analytical foundation, encourages
the interplay of ideas and has been
drawn in consultation with leading
academic luminaries and top
